      What to expect from the role:

      The person will be playing a crucial role in setting up new locations/markets as decided by the management. He/She will be involved in working alongside other key stakeholders and management to lead business development strategy and execution, marketing plan to help execute the strategy, and development of strategic partnerships to increase presence and scale at other locations identified.

      1. Hire, setup and manage local teams in the identified cities
      2. Execute expansion opportunities and train the specific city team members to function independently.
      3. Strategize to ensure and implement a robust sales pipeline for the assigned products
      4. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective till the specific location is established matching organization’s expectations
      5. Conduct daily team meetings to brief and motivate the team on the team and individual targets
      6. Analyze and share active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition in specific locations and in general to the marketing team from time to time in consultation with the senior members of the Sales Team
      7. Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
      8. Once the location is set up in terms of processes, structure, trained team members, achievement of monthly targets and other requirements are met to believe the location /team can independently operate to generate the desired results, then move on to the next identified location to set that up like the previous one.
      9. This role would have inter-department coordination to be done to ensure support is extended to bring up the location identified.
