Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including content, presentations, schematics, and visual representations of L&D solutions.
- Apply various learning modalities to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
- Create blueprints and design schematics for L&D solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the design and development process, creating innovative and efficient learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content design and development projects within large organizations.
- Proficiency in using various AI tools to enhance instructional design and development.
- Strong understanding of different learning modalities and how to apply them effectively.
